Point in my life where I was in a rut - physically and mentally. A trainer at another gym I went to posted videos of his workouts at Rawmana on Instagram and I was like "I NEED THIS."

In almost three months, I went from 27% body fat to 16%. I went from 167 pounds to 154 pounds. I lost 22 pounds of fat and gained 9 pounds of lean body mass.

Yes the physical transformation is AMAZING! But my mental transformation is just as amazing. How the Challenge Works

STEP 1 — Sign Up for the Challenge

Commit to 30 days of showing up for your health, your goals, and your community.

Choose your preferred class time:
6am • 9am • 6pm
(And join additional classes if you’d like.)

Your registration includes the full month of training, group coaching calls, bonuses, and access to the Rawmana Ohana. Just $125.

STEP 2 — Join the Rawmana Ohana Community Group Chat

Once you sign up, you’ll be added to our private group chat where the heart of the challenge happens.

This is where:

  • daily motivation is shared

  • coaches and team check in

  • the community supports each other

  • reminders keep you consistent

  • accountability & encouragement happen in real time

  • you can ask questions, share wins, and stay connected

You may also choose to be paired with accountability partners for extra support.

STEP 3 — Show Up to Weekly Group Coaching Calls

He comes from a bodybuilding and dance background, knows his stuff and has achieved results with us that were beyond my expectations. The gym owners, Sia and Ida, have a great team of trainers who are not afraid to see the potential in you that you didn't see in yourself. We've been training twice per week with a trainer and once by ourselves at the gym. Over the past 5 months I have lost two net pounds, and transformed from 15% body fat to 6.8%. April 2014 I made the daunting decision to get some personal training. I was 5'4" weighing in at 165 pounds and holding 34% body fat--the HEAVIEST I have ever been (or at least have knowledge of... I was too ashamed to weigh myself!).

I came to Rawmana Fitness without any knowledge of what to expect. All I knew was I needed guidance and personal training. I met Sia for my consultation and I still remember the exact words he told me as I was making my decision whether to commit or not to Rawmana: "What do you have to lose?" The answer was nothing. And I committed.

For the first four months, Sean trained me. He was super knowledgeable about everything--effective workouts, proper form, and human physiology and anatomy. He helped me when I was at my worst (when I could barely sprint 100 feet or do box jumps) and I am more than grateful for his help.

The remaining two months, Sia had returned from his double lung transplant (!!), which meant he was strong and healthy enough to kick my ass. There were days when I wanted to cry (and I totally did cry), but he'll keep telling you, "GET IT DONE!" He was my fitness dad and I didn't dare disobey his orders. If you need someone to hold you accountable, Sia is your guy.

What you actually do at the gym is called functional training and is pretty unconventional if you're used to generic gyms like 24 Hour Fitness. You're getting DOWN and DIRTY--flipping tractor tires, carrying boulders on your shoulders, slamming sledge hammers. It was nothing I'd ever imagine doing before joining Rawmana, but you can bet that your workouts are NEVER dull. After 6 months of training, I lost OVER 30 POUNDS of pure FAT, but I won't lie. It was a LOT of HARD WORK. But my body was worth the work invested.

What I love about Rawmana is that everyone who comes here--trainer or trainee--becomes family. The Rawmana fam makes working out so comfortable and enjoyable. And as I conclude my 6 months here at Rawmana, I want to thank each and everyone who helped me along my journey to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

I was broken, fat and out of excuses. No gym membership in the world could get me to stay motivated but as I was paying money every month to gyms that served me no purpose, I felt a little less guilty because I kept telling myself that "I'll go to the gym tomorrow, I promise." Sooner than later, that "promise" led me to gaining more weight and feeling mentally and physically exhausted. After years of neglecting myself, enough was enough, I knew that something needed to change, that was the day I heard about Rawmana Fitness and my entire life turned upside down.

There is no better support team out there. My first day at Rawmana was on my 25th birthday, call me crazy but I knew that I needed to start the year off right. I was 170lbs and now, only after 2 months, I've lost over 25lbs on the scale, and even lost 5lbs of pure fat in 28 days. You want results? No need to look elsewhere.

I threw up on my very first day of training, I broke down and cried during my third day of training and now I look back and realize how far I have come. Moving up from an 8lb sledgehammer to now rocking a 16lb sledgehammer is something to be proud of, as well as the ability to flip a 200lb tire, but then graduating up to the 400lb tire. You will be surprised at how much you're capable of, just don't ever stop believing in yourself.

Rawmana has become my family, an important part of my life and without them breaking me down and building me back up, I probably would've completely lost myself. You will NOT meet trainers more dedicated or more inspiring, they will continue to push you to your limits and they will NEVER give up on you. Trust me when I say that they will be with you every step of the way.

Rawmana has something no other gym or training facility offers and that is family.
